Vill+Fields wanted to stand apart by creating a brand that reflected both its Punjabi roots and its commitment to serving a diverse American audience. the challenge was to build an identity that felt welcoming and familiar to Punjabi families while remaining sophisticated, trustworthy, and relevant to professionals from every background.

our goal was to create a brand that balances heritage with elegance. we wanted every interaction, from the visual identity to the digital experience, to communicate trust, personal relationships, and premium service. rather than competing on volume, the brand would position itself around meaningful relationships and a carefully selected client experience.
our approach
we started by defining a positioning strategy rooted in family values, trust, and personalized service. the name “Vill+Fields” was inspired by the Punjabi phrase “pind te kheit,” creating an emotional connection to heritage while remaining simple and approachable for the American market.
from there, we developed an elegant visual identity and art direction that reflects both warmth and professionalism. instead of following the industry’s common practice of filling social media with agent portraits and promotional graphics, we shifted the focus to what clients care about most: the homes themselves. by consistently placing properties at the center of every carousel, video thumbnail, and social post, the brand immediately communicates its purpose while creating a distinctive and recognizable digital presence.
